Module Two, Recommending, will encompass the importance of a thorough in-room consultation, how to maximize your income potential with upgrades and enhancing treatments as well as the art of cross promotions. You will learn simple scripts removing to remember that can be used on most all clients. Maciek has seen and heard it all after doing massages for more than 20 years. The next R is for Retail, the third module will dive further into what Maciek believes are the most effective and encompassing 10 tools to your clients for home care. Module four Rebook is why we got into our therapy in the first place. Maciek has helped many of his students with the hurdle of asking their clients to come back for another visit. The fifth module Review will be broken down into different segments. Maciek teaches you several ways to correctly ask for and receive the reviews you want. About 8 of every 10 consumers will consult an online review before buying anything. Learn the difference between testimonials and reviews in this module. It is filled with great suggestions and scripts to healthfully engage with your client and put your name out there. Discover how easy it is to ask for a review and watch your requests skyrocket. The sixth module Referrals is what keeps a therapists or healer in business. Maciek will teach you simple ways to have a self-generating business only through the art of referrals. He will help you overcome the fear of asking for a referral and kindly teach the “who do you know” technique that has kept him in business for over 20 years. He shares some incredible stories of how he “started” and how utilizing the tools in this module will be the biggest asset to your growing business. The “wow” technique he will be focusing on in this module will be the application of hot towels and hot or cold stone therapies. Diving into the last of the modules Repeat comes in at number seven. Maciek will speak on the importance of knowing your menu so you can appropriately answer the questions clients will ask. Not only is hands on important for the therapists but understanding what makes the most sense for clients and their budgets. As you know massages are not a necessity for most. We with food service like private chefs can be the first to go when people reduce their budgets. Maciek’s goal is by utilizing the first 6 steps you will have created such great rapport with your client that they see and feel the value added into their lives. Coming back over and over again will not be an issue and in some cases, they will add you in as part of the bills to budget, for as some of Maciek’s clients share. Take good care of the client and they will become a client for life!! Last technique you will learn with Maciek is the “scalp and foot” massage. We carry a lot of tension in the head with our thoughts and worries, and the feet brings the heaviest emotions to reside.
