Welcome to your CHAPTER 9 - Rebooking

1. Make a set of specific career milestones you want to achieve and develop a plan to reach them. (for the next 2 years, 5 years etc)

2. Explain how you would view your colleagues' success compared to your own and how that will motivate you to become better.

3. What are your ideas on nurturing relationships with your clients?

4. Read the story of Ashley (from the chapter). In small groups or journaling individually, answer:

What 3 mistakes did Ashley make?

How could she have increased her rebooking rate?

What would you tell Ashley to do differently in her next session?

Write a new ending for Ashley after she reads this chapter and applies the Seven R’s.

5. Fill a 4-week mock schedule. Assume 50% of clients rebook once/month. Calculate how many clients you'll have in 8 weeks just from rebooks. Now imagine 75% rebook.

6.) Write 2–3 rebooking phrases in your own words. Share with peers or journal the ones that feel most authentic. Create your go-to phrases.

7.) Write 1 email, 1 text, and 1 phone script for a follow-up. Include a personal touch, a check-in on how they feel, and a gentle reminder of the next session. Include a soft recommendation of a product or a reminder about your schedule filling up.

8.) Write on sticky notes: “What stops me from asking clients to rebook?” Stick them on a wall or whiteboard. Now, for each one, write a replacement belief or action that turns that obstacle into a strength.
