Welcome to your CHAPTER 7 - Recommend

2. Review your own client intake form or those of at your workplace and identify areas where you can improve and make necessary changes.

3. Practice consultation conversations, focusing on empathy, clarity, and offering personalized recommendations.

4. Close your eyes and imagine walking into your treatment room from a client’s perspective. Write down what you see, feel, and experience. Identify one or two changes you could make to improve the client’s first impression.

  • How did you address their concerns?

  • What did you learn from the experience?

  • How could you approach it differently next time?

6. Practice integrating the "Oh, by the way" method into your consultations.

Example: "Oh, by the way, our special this month is hot stone therapy. Have you ever experienced that? It’s fantastic for deep muscle relaxation."

  • How do you phrase your suggestions without sounding pushy?

  • What methods have led to the most successful client acceptance?

  • How do you handle objections gracefully?

  • How would you handle this situation?

  • What could have been done differently during the consultation?

  • How can you prevent similar issues in the future?
