Write down your own list of core values and how important they are to you personally and professionally. 3. Do you view failure as an opportunity to learn or as a personal shortcoming? 4. How do you handle criticism and feedback? 5. What daily habits do you practice to foster a growth mindset? 6. Write a letter to yourself five years from now. Describe the mindset shifts and habits you will have developed and how they have shaped your personal and professional success. 7. Share an experience when a fixed mindset held you back, and how shifting to a growth mindset changed the outcome. Time's up
