Welcome to your CHAPTER 2 - Positioning Yourself as an Expert

If you scored 0-8
This shows you’re utilizing only 50% of your expert mastery potential. This could be due to a confidence struggle, lack of familiarity with your opportunities as a therapist at the place you’re working currently, or simply because you simply had no idea there were so many opportunities to build good rapport with your guests and position yourself as a true expert in the field. No need to get disappointed as this book will show and provide you the simple steps you can follow to achieve success every time!
If you scored 9-12
The ranges from 9-12 shows you are comfortable talking with your guests to ensure they have a great service. You are aware enough that it takes many parts to provide that top notch service to a guest. There is room for improvement which should make you excited! A little more practice at understanding where your strengths and weaknesses are will be helpful for you to elevate you to the next level.
If you scored 13-16
You are indeed very close or at a level of mastery in positioning yourself as an expert in our field. You understand it is not just a pair of warm hands that make us great and motivates a client to rebook. You value your time and your skillset to provide an amazing experience, and at the same time you have a clear understanding of the expectations of what guests want to make them feel great. Believing in yourself is not a problem at this level and many should see your talents worthy for team lead or owner if that fulfills you.
