Welcome to your CHAPTER 3 - Introduction to Seven R’s formula

1. Take a moment and reflect on your own natural talents, strengths and what motivates you to pursue a career in massage therapy.

2. Do a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats) in your current position/business for you to identify the areas for improvement.

3. Record a short video introducing yourself as a professional and explaining your passion for your craft. Watch it back and critique your confidence, clarity, and message.

4. Pair up with a colleague or peer and discuss what makes each of you feel passionate about your work. Create action steps to maintain that passion during challenging times.

5. Present a scenario where a client is unsatisfied with their experience despite excellent technical skills. Identify the gaps in customer service and propose improvements using the Seven R’s mindset.
